The company CUBE Bikes ZPG GmbH & Co. KG commissioned the company BETTERLIGHTS GmbH & Co. KG with the lighting design for their newly built production line in their factory in Waldershof. The lighting of the mezzanine storage and the production line for manufacturing the bicycles was completely equipped with energy-efficient LED technology.
1,600 T8 OPTIMUM LED tubes (system output 28 watts) and 50 T5 FineLine LED tubes (system output 10 watts) were used for this. In addition, the workstations on the system stage were equipped with 40 EURORAIL LED light bars (system output 10 watts). With its simple connector system, the EURORAIL light bar enables up to 20 light bars to be connected in series.
All LED tubes and LED light bars have long warranty terms. All LED products used in the project are extremely easy to maintain.
